Students who complete this specialization will be able to manage, design, plan, and evaluate service programs related with the personal and social development of individuals, families, and communities in order to improve the quality of life in society. They will also develop leadership skills that will allow them to organize communities and become agents of social change. Students will be able to participate in an effective and efficient way in the public policy-making process. They will know about strategies to seek funds, prepare and manage proposals for the operation of programmatic goals and objectives.
